Located in the heart of St Leonards’ directly opposite the train station, this 15 storey commercial tower (tower 3) is part of a $1.6 billion development designed by PTW for JQZ. The project also comprises two residential towers of 47 and 26 storeys (towers 1 and 2) which is known as Eighty Eight.
PTW Interiors are responsible for the interior design of the A-grade office building including the entry lobby, lift lobbies, lift interiors, typical level fitouts inclusive of amenities, and end of trip facilities. PTW have also been engaged for the retail podium multi-levels, namely St Leonards Central which includes public spaces and amenities and a new ‘E library’ for St Leonards.
To minimise energy use, costs and environmental impact, the building integrates market-leading sustainability design initiatives, careful selection of materials and advanced technology, aiming for a 5 star Green Star and a targeting 5 star NABERS rating.
To encourage tenants to cycle to work, 175 secure bicycle parking spaces are provided along with 25 spaces for visitors near the public lift and 175 secure two and three-stack lockers.
